Our musical mashup series continues on Aug. 15 as three more artists entertain you on a Sunday matinee show with full menu - and full dance floor.
Emy Lee - of the legendary rockabilly band The Red Devils - joins the Memphis Kings to re-create some historic music. Joining her in the Memphis Kings are Kid Ramos and Tommy Harkenrider - two of the greatest roots guitarists to ever tune a string. The Red Devils began as a rockabilly band in the early 1980s,, went to a more hard-edged style, then morphed into a blues band while Emy still fronted them. Expect a lot of great material when this band gets cranked up.
We also present one of the best honky tonk singer/songwriters on the West Coast when Geoffrey Miller follows up the release of his new CD - All Night Honky Tonk Man - with a rare appearance in the Southland. His full band will be onstage for this special show. His performance at the recent Western Swing Out 2021 is still being talked about!
Another veteran of the rockabilly swing scene is Amber Foxx, the redheaded siren with an awesome backing band. They play Rockabilly, Blues, Western Swing and Jazz! You will enjoy the dance floor when this band takes the stage!
All three of these artists perform live both onstage and online Sunday at 2 pm Pacific time.
Doors open at 1, so plan to dance in air-conditioned comfort, enjoy fine dining - and 4 hours of music that never stops.
All ages, free parking, near John Wayne airport.
Entree required - it's a supper club.
No drink minimums.
